The Company’s 401(k) plan provides you with the tools you need to prepare. This is your opportunity to automatically save for retirement while lowering your taxable income.

| Your Entry (Eligibility) into the Plan: | 1st of the month following 30 days of service | |
| Auto Enrollment: | You will be automatically enrolled at a pretax deferral rate of 3% | |
| Your Contribution: | 1% - 90% | |
| Company Contribution: | 100% on the first 3% and 50% on the next 3% | |
| Auto-deferral Increase: | Every January 1, automatic deferrals will be increased by 1% until a deferral rate of 10% is reached | |
| Vesting Schedule: | Less than 2 years: 0%. 2 or more years: 100% | |
IMPORTANT: Our 401(k) Plan features Automatic Enrollment and Auto-Deferral Increase – you must take ACTION if you do not want to be automatically enrolled
Upon nearing your Plan Entry date, you will receive a welcome email from Principal, our 401(k) Recordkeeper.
